IND-Nuffic - Work in Holland: Special permit for alumni of higher education

Are you a non-EU international and almost graduating or ending your research in the Netherlands? The Dutch government has made a special residence permit for highly educated persons aimed at – not only attracting but also – retaining them in the Netherlands. Why?
