Effective July 1, 2019 SPF has a collective pension scheme that enables you to accrue pension over your gross annual salary up to €107,593 (2019 limit). You can also become a member of a Net Pension Scheme (NPS), which enables you to accrue pension over the portion of your gross annual salary above €107,593. A legislative amendment will allow us to further expand and improve the NPS as of July 1, 2019. If you are already a member of this pension scheme or if you would like to re-join, you will have more opportunities to adjust the pension accrual above the limit to your personal wishes.
